This place is a SCAM!!!! Came here for them to put a module in my truck, they installed it. Few weeks later, radio starts to shut off randomly. Came back to let them know, the guy Jon and the installer (who they called D) getting an attitude with me telling me it's not the module it's the radio. Workers has the nastiest attitude. Never coming back here again. They Really DONT LIKE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

I took then my mercedes they quoted me 950 for the radio and to rewire since my car has fiber optics. Okay no problem 5 days after the work was performed my car would not start. I though I left something on I jump the car and it drives fine for a couple of days 6 days later same thing. Ive been making sure everything is off its been 20 days since I did the radio and my car has been draining the battery . I been driving it for a year with no issues I do the radio and now my car is draining the battery. I spoke to the front desk guy immediately denies any fault I asked them to check. I leave the car and a couple hours later they call me and tell me no issue with radio. I said ok. I purchased a new battery interstate for 450 dollars . I test the battery the next day and it's been drained to 56 percent overnight . This people have damage my car. And they don't want to take responsibility. I took off the fuse for the radio unit to see myself if the radio is the culprit only to find out they bypass the wire for it and it's connected directly to another wire that is draining the cars battery. Would not recommend to no body and i have to pay more now to find a shop to try and fix this i

this is undoubtedly the best car audio place i’ve been to i went all over looking for affordable places with quality car audio the service was so top tier i went in to buy a chuchero and install it myself and ended up having them install it the amp and all my factory speakers replaced john was so friendly and polite they had it installed in an hour and a half super fast 10/10 recommend

John is a scam! He loves to tell everyone how he has been in the business for over 20 years and has quality equipment, but is a rookie. He does not thoroughly listen to what you want and makes you feel rushed when trying to explain the type of sound you’re looking for. His techs seem to be shady as you’re not allowed to stand in the back to see what is happening with your vehicle. I had my car audio installed here and after they were done I had white noise and was told that it was nothing they can do to cancel that sound out. Instead John had everything taken out and was told that he was unable to help me. Super expensive and bad quality.

Was looking for speaker wire to re-wire my home stereo at the start of the COVIDE outbreak. Called first for wire and asked for directions, then said I’d be right over. A guy charges out of the garage to the showroom saying that no ones allowed in the store and I was to read the sign on the door. I ignored him, he should’ve locked the door and also gave me instructions when I phoned earlier. To buy from Top Auto was more economic for me because Walmart and online stores sell it at set feet, here, they cut the length that you want. Price seemed good to me. Buying from smaller local stores may cost a little more because they don’t buy in volume, making their products more expensive, however buying local supports our community’s vendors, you get your merchandise immediately, and you can see and feel what you’re buying before you pay.
